ABC Blows It!

Last night's Democratic debate hosted by ABC was, in the words of Philadelphia Daily News writer Will Bunch, "a televised train wreck." The Huffington Post's Jason Linkins said, "There were times when [the] debate ventured into territory so utterly asinine that I could scarcely believe what I was witnessing." The questions were so scandalous they appeared to come directly from the FOX News playbook, and in fact they did! With critical issues facing our country, ABC turned what could have been a substantive debate into an abhorrent pursuit of "gotcha" moments, character flaws, and gossipy, meaningless questions that were embarrassing to behold. We will not watch any further national debates on ABC!

Instead of hosting a real debate to inform the voters and help them choose their candidate they do this. SHAME ON THEM. They are un-American!!!

The mainstream media has quit serving the needs of the people and is instead serving the corporate interests by whom they are employed. It's time for media "journalists" to stop repeating right wing propoganda and do the job that they should be doing, which is finding the truth and holding people accountable for their lies.

I have set my Directv stations to exclude all FOX and now ALL ABC stations. I suggest that they learn what journalism is before adding news to their stations. Also, go back to the dictionary and find the meaning of DEBATE. That was not a debate. Hillary Clinton should be admonished as well!
